Body Contouring — Full Legs
Legs come in pairs. Right and left do not carry the same load through a day, do not feel the same, and most of the time do not answer the same either. How that difference gets written down is what this page is about.

About this treatment
With a paired region the easiest mistake is to gather both sides under one heading. An averaged verdict looks tidy, and in looking tidy it loses the very thing worth knowing.
You are better placed than we are to watch the difference between right and left. You compare the two many times a day, and that comparison is richer than the single one we can make in a visit.
So the writing is two-sided from the start: separate lines for right and left, separate feedback, and where it is needed, a separate plan.
At a glance
- Right and left are written on separate lines; no averaged verdict is produced for the pair.
- Tell us one leg feels unlike the other, and the plan for that leg alone can be adjusted.
- Which leg comes first is written down; the order does not shift at random.
- At the finish, what you said about each leg is repeated to you separately.
- Whichever studio you attend, right and left keep their own columns.
Method
Two studios, two different devices
Bebek — Infinite Body
- The device has separate heads, and the manual names each one's mode of working by its own name: cavitation, cooled focused ultrasound, radial shockwave and radiofrequency.
- The cavitation head works at 32 kHz; the tolerance the manual gives is ten per cent.
- The cooled focused ultrasound head works at 4 MHz and 7 MHz; the manual gives the cartridge depths as 1.5 · 3 · 4.5 · 8 and 13 mm, the maximum energy as 3.0 J and the maximum working frequency as 10 Hz.
- The radial shockwave head has a maximum power of 180 mJ and a maximum frequency of 16 Hz; the manual lists five separate tips.
- The radiofrequency heads work at 10 MHz with a maximum output of 50 W, in pulsed or continuous mode; the rotating head turns at 40 revolutions per minute.
Göktürk — Siesta
- The device comes with five heads, and the manual assigns each head to its own region: torso, arm and inner thigh, face.
- At the torso head, an 80 kHz ultrasound wave and radiofrequency waves are delivered together.
- The vacuum roller head applies suction with negative pressure while lifting the tissue with the roller movement.
- Radiofrequency, negative pressure and infrared are brought together in the same head.
Session plan
The time between two visits works here like a comparison laboratory: the chance to watch the two sides next to each other comes to you many times a day. What we can catch in a single visit stays narrow beside what you gather in that time.
Who it is planned for
This line takes the whole leg region as its subject, which means both sides belong to it. If you want to concentrate on one side, say so at the visit; how the plan is built we settle together.
- If you feel a difference between the legs, tell us separately what you notice in which one.
- If one of the legs has been operated on or is under follow-up, say which one it is.
- If your work keeps you standing for long stretches, that goes into the plan; do not leave it out.
- If pregnancy is a possibility, say so at the start of the visit.
How the appointment runs
- Asking after each legIt begins by asking whether one leg feels unlike the other. That is put to you afresh every time.
- Right or leftWhich leg comes first is settled and written down. That choice carries from one appointment to the next.
- The first legThe chosen leg is worked, and comfort is asked for that leg on its own.
- The other legThen it moves to the other leg. What you say lands in its own column and is never merged with the previous.
- The record side by sideAt the finish the two lines are read next to each other; if there is a difference, that is where it shows.
Before your appointment
Recommended
- If you have felt a difference between the legs in recent days, write down which one it was in.
- If your work keeps you standing, think about which part of the day it gathers in.
- Come in clothing that leaves the legs free.
- If one of the legs has a history of its own, note down which one.
To avoid
- Do not picture the two legs as one region and do not average your observation.
- Do not put anything new on the legs on the day of the visit.
- Do not plan a long spell of standing just before it.
- Do not come unannounced if one of the legs is irritated.
After your appointment
Recommended
- Keep right and left apart; not in the same line.
- Write down, with the hour, what you notice on which side through the day.
- Choose socks and trousers that do not constrict the legs.
- Keep the record in two columns next to each other and bring it that way.
To avoid
- Do not carry an observation from one side over to the other.
- Do not warm the legs afterwards.
- Do not test yourself by keeping the legs raised for long stretches while something is lingering.
- Do not read a difference between the sides as an alarm straight away; write it down and ask.
When to contact us: If a pain, a swelling or a change of colour you did not expect persists in one of the legs, call us and be sure to say which side it is. With swelling or pain on one side only, see a doctor without waiting.

Good to know
Why are two separate lines kept?
Would one record for right and left not do?
It would not. The two sides do not carry the same load through a day, and an averaged record loses exactly that difference.
Separate lines let you see when a difference began and on which side.
What does it mean if the sides differ?
I feel more in one leg — is that a problem?
For reading it we have no verified source, so we say nothing about its meaning.
What we do is write it down. If the difference persists and bothers you, we recommend seeing a doctor.
Which side is started with?
Does the order make a difference?
The order is written down and not changed at will. The reason is that the comparison should stay coherent.
If you want to change the order, say so; the change goes into the record.
Can we work on one side only?
Is it possible to attend to a single leg?
We talk about it at the visit. The line takes the whole leg region as its subject, but how the plan is built is open to discussion.
When something is changed, it goes into the record and is dated.
Why do you ask about standing work?
What does my daily routine have to do with it?
A day spent standing loads both legs and sets the frame within which you will notice anything over the days that follow.
Since there is no verified source for it, we do not list it among the cautions; we ask it as an input when the appointment is planned.
Why are there two lists where the device is described?
Which device is the work done with?
That depends on the studio you go to: Infinite Body in Bebek, Siesta in Göktürk. Both are used for the same task, but they are different technologies.
So both the way of working and the cases of concern are written device by device. A single list would mean describing to you a machine that has nothing to do with you.
What this service does not aim at
Can I set a size target for my legs?
Goals for weight or measurements do not appear in how this service is put together.
If you hold such an expectation, say so before the two sides are discussed.
The Fatma Süha approach
At Fatma Süha we think it wrong to write a single verdict over a paired region. The average looks tidy and destroys the difference inside it.
Keeping the two sides in separate lines is a little more work. It is worth it: when a difference turns up, we hold when it began and on which side.
We ask the same separation of you. The comparison you make through the day sees more than the single one we can make in a visit.
We do not present a difference between the sides as a finding. We write it down as an observation whose meaning we do not know; for reading it we have no source.
Frequently asked questions
- Is right and left written down separately?
- Yes, in separate lines. A single averaged verdict loses the difference between the sides.
- I feel more in one leg — what does that mean?
- For reading it we have no verified source. We write it down; if the difference persists and bothers you, see a doctor.
- Who decides which side is started with?
- We settle it together at the visit and write it down. The order does not shift at random.
- Can we concentrate on a single leg?
- We talk about it at the visit. A change to the plan goes into the record and is dated.
- How should I keep the record?
- In two columns next to each other. Do not carry an observation from one side over to the other.
- What do I do if there is swelling on one side?
- See a doctor without waiting, then let us know; we bring the record up to date accordingly.
- Can I set a measurement target for my legs?
- This treatment is not planned around a target for measurements or weight. Let us talk your expectation through at the visit.
- Does the studio I go to change the device?
- It does. Infinite Body is used in Bebek and Siesta in Göktürk; the list of cases of concern is not the same for the two either.
