After your appointment

When to contact us: If a redness stays on, or blistering or a change of colour shows, ring us. If you have a question about the reason for the coming back, turn to a practice; at any sign of inflammation, go there first as well.

What to be aware of

• A redness and swelling recalling sunburn counts among the usual findings after the treatment.
• Blistering, infection, scarring left behind and a lasting change of colour are passed on among the rare risks.
• For the period before the treatment, using a broad-spectrum protection above factor thirty every day is required.
• You are expected to keep away from tanning, from the sunbed and from tanning products.
• The medicines you take are to be reported before the treatment; isotretinoin stands in the text by name.

The Fatma Süha approach

At Fatma Süha we do not answer the question «why does something keep coming back». The answer comes out of an examination, and we do not examine.
