1. Parties and provider
Provider: Fatma Süha Beauty. Tax office: Beşiktaş; tax number: 7910380969. Registered address: Bebek Mahallesi Yeni Yol Çıkmazı Sokak No:1 A, Beşiktaş, İstanbul, Türkiye. Email: bilgi@fatmasuha.com. Bebek: +90 542 107 23 22; Göktürk: +90 547 407 23 22. The buyer is the consumer ordering a service or package with their identity/contact details. This agreement covers beauty/care services and session packages purchased remotely through the website; it does not promise physical goods or shipping.
2. Service, package and price
The order/booking summary shows the selected service and essential features, branch, session count, planned dates, currency, total price including taxes and payment choice. Those details form part of the transaction; there is no single fixed price for all services. Review and correct the summary before confirmation. Additional services or charges require your express approval. Results vary with individual characteristics; no guaranteed result or medical treatment is promised.
3. Pre-contract information and formation
Before completion, the buyer receives information about the service, provider identity/contact details, total price, payment/performance, withdrawal and complaint channels. The final action identifies the selected service and payment obligation. Merely visiting the site, signing in or reading this page is not purchase or payment approval. These general terms must be read together with the buyer details, service, dates, price and confirmation for the specific transaction. Request a copy of the transaction record at bilgi@fatmasuha.com.
4. Payment and performance
Payment follows the method offered and selected in the transaction summary. Pay-at-salon does not charge a card online. Virtual POS is available only after activation and when explicitly offered at payment; publishing this agreement does not mean it is active or that particular card brands are accepted. Services take place at the selected branch on confirmed dates/times. Each package session is scheduled separately. An unsuccessful bank transaction is not successful payment; payment and booking confirmations are checked separately.
5. Right of withdrawal
For distance service contracts, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of contract formation without a reason or penalty. Send notice within that period to bilgi@fatmasuha.com or in writing to the registered address. A written notice in addition to a telephone call helps establish proof. Starting service before the withdrawal period expires requires the consumer’s separate approval; registration or selection of an appointment date alone is not such approval. Statutory exceptions and more favourable business terms are considered together.
6. Cancellation, changes and packages
No penalty or session deduction applies to appointment cancellations or time/date changes. You can cancel your appointment online from your profile without a time limit or a requirement to give a reason. You may also contact the branch or bilgi@fatmasuha.com. Completely unused packages may be cancelled for a refund or exchanged for a different service package. An unused single session may be cancelled for an unconditional refund even immediately before the appointment. Having used a session does not automatically remove rights concerning defective services or other mandatory consumer protections. See the Cancellation, Changes and Refund Conditions page for the detailed business policy.
7. Refunds
After statutory withdrawal, payments collected for the service are returned within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, using a method appropriate to the original payment instrument and without charging the consumer. If no payment was collected, there is no sum to refund, but the appointment/package cancellation is still processed. Bank processing may affect when a card refund appears; it does not extend the provider’s statutory deadline. Booking cancellation and completion of a monetary refund are separate steps.
8. Non-performance and defective service
If performance becomes impossible, the consumer is informed in writing or on a durable medium within three days of the provider learning this; collected payments are refunded within 14 days of that notification. A branch-initiated replacement date requires the consumer’s agreement. Applicable remedies under Turkish Law No. 6502 for defective service, including repeat performance, repair where possible, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, remain available. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights.
9. Requests, complaints and disputes
Send cancellation, withdrawal, refund and service requests to bilgi@fatmasuha.com or the registered address, with enough booking/order reference information to locate the transaction. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords. Subject to the monetary limits and statutory conditions applicable when you apply, consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at the consumer’s residence or place of transaction are competent. Statutory mandatory mediation rules remain applicable where required. Turkish law applies.
