Body Contouring — Full Body
An entry with "whole" in its name reads as boundless. It is not: a long but finite list of places, and beside it places that stay out. This page is not about the list, it is about where the list ends.

About this treatment
Whoever picks the widest entry usually thinks everywhere is now included. Correcting that thought in the treatment room is correcting it too late.
There are places that stay out, some of them for technical reasons and others because we have no verified source for them. We keep those two apart.
Ask before the visit and you can have the full list. We cannot print it on the page: the list belongs to the owner, and it has not yet come to us in writing.
At a glance
- What stays out is named at the start of the visit.
- The reason for staying out is kept apart: a technical limit and a missing source are not said in one breath.
- You can ask for the full list by phone before the visit.
- Your feedback is asked for place by place; no single collective verdict is produced.
- The list of places is the same at both addresses; choosing where to come does not alter it.
Method
Two studios, two different devices
Bebek — Infinite Body
- The device has separate heads, and the manual names each one's mode of working by its own name: cavitation, cooled focused ultrasound, radial shockwave and radiofrequency.
- The cavitation head works at 32 kHz; the tolerance the manual gives is ten per cent.
- The cooled focused ultrasound head works at 4 MHz and 7 MHz; the manual gives the cartridge depths as 1.5 · 3 · 4.5 · 8 and 13 mm, the maximum energy as 3.0 J and the maximum working frequency as 10 Hz.
- The radial shockwave head has a maximum power of 180 mJ and a maximum frequency of 16 Hz; the manual lists five separate tips.
- The radiofrequency heads work at 10 MHz with a maximum output of 50 W, in pulsed or continuous mode; the rotating head turns at 40 revolutions per minute.
Göktürk — Siesta
- The device comes with five heads, and the manual assigns each head to its own region: torso, arm and inner thigh, face.
- At the torso head, an 80 kHz ultrasound wave and radiofrequency waves are delivered together.
- The vacuum roller head applies suction with negative pressure while lifting the tissue with the roller movement.
- Radiofrequency, negative pressure and infrared are brought together in the same head.
Session plan
With the widest entry, the time between two visits brings out the differences between the places. At some you notice nothing at all, at one or two something distinct; the order next time feeds on that distinction.
Who it is planned for
This is the widest choice in the category. Width is not a measure of outcome; it says only how many places are worked. If your expectation points at one particular place, a narrower entry may suit you better, and we talk that through at the visit.
- If you have a particular place in mind, name it; we check whether it is on the list.
- If lying still for a long stretch is hard for you, say so at the outset.
- If any place has been operated on or is under follow-up, tell us which one.
- If pregnancy is a possibility, which places stay on the list can change; say so at the visit.
How the appointment runs
- Reading the boundary outIt opens with a reading of which places belong and what stays out.
- Checking the place you have in mindIf you are expecting a particular place, this is where we check whether it belongs.
- The pass in orderThe places are gone through in a written order; if you want a pause, the place we are at is not lost.
- Feedback place by placeWhat you felt is taken for each place on its own; no collective verdict is produced.
- Looking at the boundaryAt the finish we discuss whether this entry suits you. Becoming narrower is a valid outcome of that.
Before your appointment
Recommended
- If you have a particular place in mind, write its name down before the visit.
- If you want the full list, ask for it by phone beforehand.
- For a long visit, choose an hour when you will not be in a hurry.
- Wear something that gives easy access to every place.
To avoid
- Do not conclude from the word "whole" that every place is included.
- Do not put anything new on any place on the day of the visit.
- Do not set yourself a tight schedule directly afterwards.
- Do not come without checking first if a place on the list is irritated.
After your appointment
Recommended
- Put one sentence beside each name on the list about how the day felt there.
- Mark one or two names that stand out; the order next time follows that.
- For a few days wear things that leave the body free everywhere.
- Keep the list and the sentences on the same sheet and bring it that way.
To avoid
- Do not attribute to the whole list what happened at one name.
- Do not apply heat to any name in the hours afterwards.
- Do not try the names one after another while something is still lingering.
- Do not throw the old sheet away when the list gets shorter; reading them against each other wants both sheets.
When to contact us: If an unexpected pain, a bruise or a discomfort at one of the names on the list will not pass, call us and give the name of the place. If the pain spreads, see a doctor first.

Good to know
What does "whole body" not cover?
Is every place included?
No. What is at issue is a long but finite list of places, and beside it there are places that stay out.
What stays out is named at the start of the visit; you can also ask for the whole list by phone beforehand.
Why does a place stay out?
What is the reason for leaving it out?
There are two different reasons: a technical limit, or that we have no verified source for that place.
We name the two apart. Running them under one heading would make a missing source look like a technical decision.
Does wider mean more outcome?
Is it better if I pick the widest?
Width is not a measure of outcome; it says only how many places are worked.
If your expectation points at a single place, a narrower entry may suit you better.
Why are you asked place by place?
Would a collective verdict not be more practical?
It would be more practical and it would be no use. Bundling many places into one sentence makes it impossible to tell what happened where.
What is held place by place decides the order next time.
Becoming narrower
Can I move to a narrower entry later?
You can, and your record goes with you. Because the date of the move is written down, the earlier stretch is not lost.
Whether this entry suits you is something we discuss at the end of every visit anyway.
How does a long visit go?
Will I get bored, can I take a pause?
If you want a pause, say so; because the pass runs in a written order, the place we are at is not lost.
You will find the figure for how long it takes in the key facts at the top of the page; we do not repeat it here.
Goals that do not belong here
Does it suit my goal for weight or measurements?
This treatment is not planned around a goal for weight, measurements or build. The width of the list does not change that.
If you carry such an expectation, say so before the boundary is read out.
The Fatma Süha approach
At Fatma Süha, with an entry that has "whole" in its name, our first job is to state the boundary. If we do not, the reader has heard a boundless promise that we never made.
We keep the reason for staying out apart as well. A technical limit and a missing source are not the same thing, and running both under one heading would give the reader a false certainty.
We cannot print the full list on the page; it has not come to us in writing. Admitting that and telling you that you can ask by phone is better than publishing half a list.
We are not trying to sell you the width. If your expectation points at a single place, we recommend the narrower entry.
Frequently asked questions
- Does "whole body" really cover every place?

- Is choosing the widest entry better?
- Width is not a measure of outcome. If your expectation points at a single place, a narrower entry may suit better.
- Can I take a pause during the visit?
- Just say so. Because the pass runs in a written order, the place we are at is not lost.

- Name it; at the start of the visit we check whether it is on the list. You can also ask by phone beforehand.
- What happens to my record if I move to a narrower entry later?
